I went through and duplicated tasks then deleted the old ones and the new tasks are continuing to sync as of now. This morning I was able to connect my Google Calendar again and it has not disconnected. I sent my log to support and am waiting for more feedback.Įdit #2 (4/21): I think the issue might be resolved, or close to resolved as of version 996. I'll be keeping an eye on this throughout the day but I wanted put out an update for anybody else experiencing the issues in case they wanted to check their own experiences. Previously existing tasks are not syncing still For step 8.3, choose to have tasks you create on Google Calendar go to your Todoist Inbox. This way, no matter where you file a task in Todoist, it can still show up on your Google Calendar. When you get to step 8.2, choose to sync tasks from All projects. The right column has all tasks organized in nested lists with color codes and information such as what people are assigned to each task and which project the task is part of. The most important reason people chose Todoist is: Todoists web and desktop interfaces have a 2-column layout. New tasks are syncing (also being removed upon completion) Then, in Todoist’s guide for setting up a Google Calendar integration, Follow steps 18.1. Todoist is ranked 1st while Google Calendar is ranked 59th. Last night I cleared out any connectivity between the two and I re-connected this morning. Last night I received an email stating " We released some improvements yesterday. A few weeks ago I opened a ticket with Todoist and they acknowledge the problem and said they were working on an update. I saw several posts here asking about it and I saw it in my own account. Over the past month or so it seems that the 2-way Google Calendar sync integration has been not working for many of us.
